Privacy and legal notice

This page covers the monerodash.fr website. The MoneroDash app has its own privacy policy, the one declared in Google Play and the App Store: app privacy policy (in French).

No cookies, no third parties

The site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other servers: no analytics, no web fonts, no social widgets, no third-party captcha. Everything is served by the publisher’s own server.

The contact form

When you write to us, we receive your name, e-mail address, chosen subject, message, page language and browser type. This is only used to reply to you.

• Your message is e-mailed to the publisher and kept on the publisher’s server for 12 months at most, then deleted automatically.
• No automatic e-mail is ever sent to the address you enter: you only receive the publisher’s written reply.
• To prevent abuse, the server counts messages per connection. Your IP address is not stored: only an irreversible fingerprint is, for 24 hours.
• This data is never sold, shared or used for marketing.

Legal basis: your contact request (legitimate interest in answering it).

Downloads

The “Get the app” buttons go through monerodash.fr/app, which sends you to the right store. It counts visits anonymously: device type, link source and a non-reversible daily fingerprint, with no cookie and without storing your IP address.

Server logs

Like any web server, this one writes each request to a technical log (IP address, requested page, browser), used only for security and troubleshooting and deleted after 14 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing through the contact form. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
